A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for Senior Wellness Fridays this spring season. Your hard work, enthusiasm, and care helped make our annual Plant Sale a tremendous success. From sowing seeds to tending seedlings, you played an important role in supporting our farm and community. We are grateful for all the time, energy, and friendship you brought to the greenhouse each week.

Join us in the Greenhouse!

We know that access to green spaces is incredibly important for our well-being, and this season we are excited to once again open our doors and welcome our Seniors a bit earlier than normal!

Join us in the Van Vleck House & Garden Turner Greenhouse for our third-year free program "Senior Wellness Friday". Each week participants will have the opportunity to join the MCF team in the greenhouse and will learn how to seed start and care for our tiny seedlings.

The greenhouse will provide a warm escape from the chill of winter, give us the opportunity to get our hands dirty, and help build community! Together, we will have fun starting the seeds that will provide sustenance for our community members and make new friends while doing so. No prior gardening experience is needed.
