Featured for its mildly spicy flavor and exceptional culinary quality, Shishimai is a new take on the traditional Japanese shishito, which typically has no heat. Medium-green wrinkled, and thin-walled fruits avg. 3 1/2–4" long. Stake the plants for straighter, cleaner fruits, as they are prolific and tend to be floppy.
